It is our objective, following the line of the Generalitat, to make all the information on this portal available to the greatest number of citizens, avoiding exclusion and promoting accessibility in order to achieve the universalisation of information. The aim is that the greatest possible number of people can browse its pages without encountering access difficulties.

The size of the fonts used is adaptable and visitors can change them according to their needs. Most browsers have a menu option (see «Text size») that allows the fonts to be enlarged and reduced; the same effect can be achieved by turning the mouse wheel while pressing the «Control» key.

This web portal has been developed following the UNE 139803:2012 standard and conforms to the guidelines defined by the permanent working group Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI),of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), for its level AA.
